Starts Today
In line with Singapore’s aim to phase out Internal Combustion Engine vehicles and have all vehicles run on cleaner energy by 2040, we are also committed to taking on a clear strategy to achieve lasting positive impact.
In order to reduce commercial transportation’s carbon footprint, SDS is committing to having a 100% cleaner fleet of commercial vehicles by 2040. Thus, we will only purchase cleaner energy vans in the future. With this vision in mind, we are pleased to announce the purchase of our first two electric vans since July 2021. Additionally, SDS is one of the first mover among local logistics companies to make the purchase with BYD Co. Ltd, the frontrunner in promoting the adoption of electrified vehicles (EV) in Singapore.
